Today was a good day. One of my students in my class said I love you. It was nice. We made lava lamps in the other classroom. The children in my classroom that I was in all day asked about the green dye on my hand. The teacher doing the lava lamps felt bad that I was getting oil and food coloring on me. I’m like I have gotten glitter all over me. It’s fine. In the class that made lava lamps, one of the children wanted to do it again, so I had to tell the child he can do it at home. It took a lot of talking and convincing, but I think it worked.

Today was a good day. Not a lot of exciting stuff going on. I mean, except for the fact that during small group time, the other classroom needed me. So, I had to go there. It was great. Those children were so happy to see me. I had to help with math in both classrooms- the one I got pulled to was helping a student do math with stickers for counting. Then at the end, one of the other children wanted a hug. I was gone for too long- to them; it was years that I was gone for when it was just for a week. Saying I had to go home for an emergency the children weren't a fan of. So, I had to tell them that I missed my family. I could buy garlic bread when I went grocery shopping, so I got to have it with my chicken parm for dinner.

Today I slept until basically noon. Then I started my dishwasher and folded my laundry. Then I went to target. Got a few things. I came back and called my grandmother who didn’t answer. Then I did some DIY quote posters. Then I took pics of my squishmallows because I was waiting for glue to dry. Using my Instax camera. Then I had dinner and watched selection Sunday. Also played my switch.
