So, on Saturday, I woke up feeling like I had an allergy attack. Then Sunday, I woke up and asked mom, "are you sore from the five k we did. She said let's get you tested. I was positive. So, I have been home all week with my parents. Sick with covid. But today, I got a call from work asking if I could come in tomorrow, and I said yes. So ya girl is going to work tomorrow. She could have gone today but no one did the math. I am covering a class I have been in that is pretty chill. I have my bags packed with books that I liked as a child and a movie, and going to pack my laptop for movies. It feels so nice to be wanted at work.

The first week of school with children is done. I am so happy and exhausted. It was chill. It feels so good to be recognized by your coworkers. Then other coworkers join that, and even your boss says too. They all were just very grateful. My coworker this morning told me that she liked how I interacted with the children in her class because yesterday, one of the students asked me to, and I said yes. My coworker told me I could come back. She even said I could work one-on-one with the students when I am more comfortable. We even agreed that one of her students looked like my sister when she was little.

The past two days have been good. I have been floating around all the classrooms and ensuring my list is up to date. The children in one classroom seem to like to see me. It's nice. I didn't have to nanny today. I am super tired. I can't wait until the weekend to sleep. I want my summer vacation back because I could sleep late and get random days off. I have been really using my floating abilities to my advantage to see how the teachers interact with the children and ask questions to the teachers. Plus, telling teachers to message me if they need me to help.
