Tuesday, I was with the same kids but covered a different teacher. So, I had the chill kids first then the crazy ones. I did it on the fly.

Today I was with a different class. It was little kids who were three boys and had six different personalities in one. So, it was crazy. I was originally going to cover yesterday's teacher, but that did not happen. Teachers being out. I did teaching on the fly today too.

On Friday, I did art all day with one of my coworkers. It was a lot of fun to do.

Today I covered a class. It was crazy in the morning, but I had a different group of children who were chill in the afternoon. We did Social Studies and Math. Well attempted to do so. I can teach math, but I struggle with geography outside the US and the knowledge of that unless I have a textbook. Or if it's American History- I can do that.

One of my coworkers told me I could be a lead teacher. Then I went to tell my boss. And my coworker said she was willing to help me become a lead teacher. Plus, this teacher said, "I believe in you."

During our faculty meeting, my boss said that she didn't know how I was able to skate around the whole building.

One of the teachers wanted me to stay longer because I was going to change rooms, but the teacher won.

They remind me why I wanted to be a teacher. I had no idea that a workplace could make you forget what you are good at when you're in a hostile environment. The change to an environment that believes in you and willing to help in situations during work makes a difference.
