Full moon effect thursday

Today I had to do temperature checks when the children walked in, and we have a shared space, and it was just the start of my crazy day. Today the children were not very well behaved. They kept interrupting and calling the teacher's names repeatedly. Didn’t do the norms of what a school child should. I learned on my circle in the afternoon it was a full moon that explained a whole lot. Tomorrow we learn about resiliency. At least tomorrow, I get ten extra minutes of sleep, and I get to make an alternate mom's chili.

Wednesday

Today was a good day in the salt mines. I got to talk to one of my teachers about the children and her style. She told me that one of the children could be my buddy cuz she gets tired of him. This morning one of the early arrivals wanted a balloon, and I had to pull teeth out to know what he wanted to be drawn on it. It was cats. I learned more about the children too. It’s pouring rain. My lunch partner and I came up with a schedule for lunch for both classes. My manager and I had our one on one who helped, and at the closing circle, she gave us more information about our focus list students. #iwantitnow One of the students liked having me as its buddy.

Monday and Tuseday

Yesterday was a really crazy day—lots of stress about Covid. K wanted to sleep and not learn. I got my very early sleep from them at like 6ish. But I know my service managers and school will do the right thing. It has been close to the same as yesterday, but a snack was needed for today. I was very joyful when the K team started calling a teacher my name instead of the teacher's name. I was thrilled! Then I got home and talked to my roommates, and we are feeling loads better than this morning and yesterday. We played Uno Flip and Spicy. I love my roommates because they embrace me when they wrong. If any roommates are reading this, we should do a thanksgiving card to all our families.
